I completed her Bachelor of Arts-Psychology at Macquarie University. I went on to complete my PostGraduate Diploma in Psychology at Macquarie University too. After this, I gained experience in a variety of fields through private practice as well as Health Sector roles. I completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Wollongong in 2012 after completing placements across incredible programs including the Child Behaviour research Clinic at UNSW, Rivendell Child Adolescent and Family Mental Health Services, Wesley Private Hospital, and created a parenting program for my Masters Thesis which was used within the Northfields Clinic at the University.
I have owned my own practice for over 10 years now, and have recently moved my Clinic from Randwick to Kingsford, Sydney.
I accesses monthly Supervision sessions with a fellow Clinician and Colleague in order to maintain high Clinical and Ethical standards as well as workshops and training sessions every year.
I'm a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who specialises in understanding behaviour and emotions from a child’s perspective. I believe in meeting children where they're at - emotionally, developmentally, and playfully -so they feel seen, heard, and supported. Using a range of specialised assessment tools and evidence-based interventions, I help children navigate challenges and build confidence in their own abilities.
I'm especially passionate about supporting neurodiverse children and their families, and I'm dedicated to helping create nurturing environments where children can grow into self-assured, resilient individuals who feel proud of who they are. I place great value on working collaboratively with families, educators, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people I work with.
Outside of my clinical work, I’m a proud Mama to three beautiful human children and one fur-baby who are my greatest teachers. They inspire me every day to grow not only as a mother, but as a more compassionate, patient, and grounded human being.
They also ensure I regularly put my own strategies to the test - because nothing keeps a Clinical Child Psychologist on her toes quite like her own children! Their unique perspectives deepen my understanding of the joys and challenges families face, enriching the way I support the children and parents I work with.

I’m passionate about helping children and young people feel understood, confident, and empowered to be themselves. In my work, I create a flexible and playful space so everyone can feel safe to explore what’s going on and work towards what matters to them.
With over seven years’ experience supporting children in various roles across government, private practice, and community settings, I believe in taking a holistic approach—collaborating with families, schools, allied health professionals, and other important people involved in a child’s life to create a meaningful support network.
My approach is collaborative, neuroaffirming, and guided by each young person’s unique needs and experiences. I also provide assessments for autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and cognitive functioning to help build a clear understanding of strengths and support needs, and to guide helpful recommendations.
